A mobile app that allows event organizers to manage tasks that are coordinated between multiple teams like caterers, musicians, audio-video technicians, lighting engineers.
The app contains the ability to create and assign new tasks, make requests to another team, raise an alert if a problem occurs, and keep track of the progress and budget for all tasks assigned.

The goal was to create an intuitive app for managing tasks, tracking schedules, and enabling real-time collaboration during event organization.
